The Clemleddy Process

To be your greatest advocate, we must understand your vision and building goals. During this initial consultation, we listen. We listen to which room you love to spend your time in, your hobbies and interests, and your plans for the future. Your personal Clemleddy coordinator also explains our Design/Build process so there are no surprises.

This is your home. We’re here to transparently guide you through the process by sharing preliminary plans and an initial budget. We initiate a Professional Service Agreement and start capturing your vision. Bring your dream board, your pictures, your color swatches – we transform them into one cohesive, tangible design.

Your committed Clemleddy crew ensures our permit-ready design plans meet your expectations so your custom home can exceed them. Then we define scope of work and present an official construction contract for your review.

After your construction contract is finalized, permitting is initiated, your construction schedule is finalized, and the selection process begins, it’s time to break ground and begin constructing your custom home or remodel.

We’re by your side from the first consultation to nearly a year after construction. We give you a full orientation of your custom or remodeled home, your New Home Warranty, equipment, appliance, and product warranties. Once you’ve settled for a few weeks, we’ll schedule a visit to quickly conduct an exit interview. We visit you again after 11 months to ensure all is well and make minor repairs due to settling when necessary.

Don’t hesitate to lay it all out there during your first meeting with a builder. Your wildest home dreams. Your biggest construction fears. Your greatest expectations. This allows you to discover if they’re the right fit from the very beginning. The project manager has an opportunity to share examples that align with your vision, discuss their processes, and lay out how they’ll meet those expectations.
