Meet James—our resident creative powerhouse who brings Clemleddy homes to life long before construction begins. He is a graduate of Marywood University with a bachelor's degree in Architecture. As our Architectural Graphics & Rendering Specialist, James transforms plans, sketches, and design ideas into stunning 3D renderings and presentation graphics that help clients visualize their dream spaces. 

From perfecting lighting and textures to capturing the warmth and character of every Clemleddy design, James turns concepts into “I can picture myself living there” moments. He works closely with our designers, project managers, and drafting team to make sure every rendering tells the story of a home that’s built to inspire. 

We’re lucky to have James on the team—equal parts technical, artistic, and all-around awesome.
