Craig
Smyth, president and owner of Clemleddy
Construction, chose the company name in
honor of an influential man in his
life…Clement Leddy. With an unwavering
sense of duty, honesty and morality,
Clem forged a path wide enough so others
with the same exacting standards could
follow. It is in his honor that we
proudly serve the lake communities of
Northeastern
Pennsylvania and offer quality homes for
all to enjoy.
For more
than 15 years, Clemleddy has been
providing luxury, custom homes and
quality renovations which complement the
pristine, natural beauty of the area.
Our own team of experienced and
professional carpenters strives for
perfection on each and every project.

Production Manager Tim has been
with Clemleddy since 1988 and spends his
time ensuring all of the projects are
running smoothly. He specializes in the
technical direction of the project and
the coordination of the Clemleddy
carpenters. |

Ellen
Chorba –
Finance Manager
Ellen runs
the business office with quiet
efficiency; as the finance manager she
handles payroll issues, budgeting and
select administrative functions all
throughout the course of a day. She has
been a Clemleddy team member since 1998. |

Clyde
Kreider– Sales
Manager Clyde is your main
point of contact regarding any new home
sales. He actively consults in the
building industry and is a part-time
instructor for Penn College of
Technology and the National Association
of Home Builders (NAHB). Additionally,
he is a member of both the Pike and
Wayne County Builders Association and is
the Chairman for the Contractor Quality
Commitment (CQC) Committee for both of
those Builders Associations. |

Tony Buda
- Estimator and Draftsman Tony handles
the estimating for every Clemleddy
building project. He has 15 years of
estimating experience within the
building industry. A 1991 graduate of
Johnson College, Tony has an Associates
Degree in Design and Drafting. |

Ryan
Smyth - Assistant Field
Superintendent and Customer Service
Representative Ryan
coordinates communication between the
job site and office personnel and
ensures that no detail is overlooked. He
interacts directly with the customer on
certain building and service issues. A
2006 graduate of Penn State, Ryan has an
Associates Degree in Architectural
Engineering & Technology. |

Barb Theobald– Customer
Service Specialist Barb handles all
of the front desk and customer service
responsibilities. As the gatekeeper for
the rest of the office staff - Barb
efficiently directs phone, e-mail and
correspondence to the appropriate
department and provides indispensable
support on project follow-up. |
